| Beschreibung | CD3epsilon is a 20 kD chain of the CD3/T-cell receptor (TCR) complex which is composed of two CD3epsilon, one CD3gamma, one CD3delta, one CD3zeta (CD247), and a T-cell receptor (alpha/beta or gamma/delta) heterodimer. It is found on all mature T lymphocytes, NK-T cells, and some thymocytes. CD3, also known as T3, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily that plays a role in antigen recognition, signal transduction, and T cell activation. The HIT3a antibody is able to stimulate T cell activation. Distribution: Mature T and NK-T cells, thymocyte differentiation Function: Antigen recognition, signal transduction, T cell activation Synonyms: T3, CD3epsilon Structure: Ig superfamily, with the subunits of CD3gamma, CD3delta, zeta (CD247) and TCR (alpha/beta or gamma/delta) forms CD3/TCR complex, 20 kD |
Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | Additional reported (for the relevant formats) applications include: immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections, immunoprecipitation, and activation of T lymphocytes. The LEAF(TM) purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/µg, Azide-Free, 0.2 µm sterile-filtered) is recommended for functional assays (ABIN157486). Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.5 µg per 10 cells in 100 µl volume or 100 µl of whole blood. For activation of T cells with immobilized HIT3a, the suggested use of this reagent is 10 µg/ml for coating. With the soluble format (in the presence of Fc receptor-bearing accessory cells), the suggested use is 0.01 - 0.1 µg/ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. |
| Reinheit | LEAF |
| Reinigung | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing no preservative. 0.2 µm filter sterilized. Endotoxin level is < 0.1 EU/µg of the protein (< 0.01 ng/µg of the protein) as determined by the LAL test. |
| Lagerung | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C. This LEAF(TM) solution contains no preservative, handle under aseptic conditions. |
