Produktbeschreibung
| Immunogen | C57BL/10J splenocytes |
| Isotyp | IgG2a, IgG2a kappa, kappa chain |
| Klon | AF6-120-1 |
| Beschreibung | The AF6-120.1 antibody reacts with the I-A MHC class II alloantigen. These class II molecules are expressed on antigen presenting cells (including B cells) and a subset of T cells from H-2 bearing mice and are involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD4 proteins. The AF6-120.1 antibody cross-reacts with H-2 and H-2 haplotypes, this antibody does not cross-react with other haplotypes (d, f, q, r, s). Distribution: B and activated T cells, APCs of H-2 mice Function: Antigen presentation Synonyms: MHC class II Structure: MHC class II |
Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunofluorescence microscopy, immunoprecipitation, and immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.5 µg per 10cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Product Information |
| Reinigung | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with FITC under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated FITC. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide. |
| Lagerung | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. |
| Beschränkungen | Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar |
