Beschreibung
The 34-1-2S antibody reacts with the H-2K/H-2D MHC class I alloantigens expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2K/H-2D haplotype. H-2K/H-2D is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. The 34-1-2S antibody cross-reacts with H-2K MHC class I alloantigens of the b, s, r, q, or p haplotypes. Distribution: Nucleated cells of the H-2K/H-2D haplotype Function: Antigen presentation Synonyms: MHC class I Structure: MHC class I

Applikationshinweise
Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation, complement-mediated cytotoxicity, and immunohistochemistry of acetone-fixed frozen sections. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.25 µg per 10 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
