Produktbeschreibung
| Immunogen | (C57BL/6 x DBA/2)F1 mouse splenocytes |
| Isotyp | IgG2a, IgG2a kappa, kappa chain |
| Klon | 34-2-12 |
| Beschreibung | The 34-2-12 antibody recognizes alpha3 domain of H-2D MHC class I alloantigen expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2D haplotype. H-2D is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. The 34-2-12 antibody cross-reacts with cells from the C3H.LG/Ckc strain. Reactivity with other haplotypes (e.g., b,f,k,p,q,r,s) has not been reported. Distribution: Nucleated cells of the H-2D haplotype Function: Antigen presentation Synonyms: MHC class I Structure: MHC class I |
Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: complement-dependent cytotoxicity, immunoprecipitation, blocking of cell adhesion, and immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.5 µg per 10 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. |
| Reinigung | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with FITC under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated FITC. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide. |
| Lagerung | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. |
| Beschränkungen | Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar |
