Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Ly-6G (Gr-1)
Format Low endotoxin (sterile), Low-endotoxin, azide-free (LEAF)
Isotyp IgG2b, kappa chain
Klon RB6-8C5
Beschreibung Gr-1 is a 21-25 kD protein also known as Ly-6G/Ly-6C. This myeloid differentiation antigen is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked protein expressed on granulocytes and macrophages. In bone marrow, the expression levels of Gr-1 directly correlate with granulocyte differentiation and maturation, Gr-1 is also transiently expressed on bone marrow cells in the monocyte lineage. Gr-1 cells have recently been implicated in the development of antitumor responses. The RB6-8C5 antibody has been used to identify peripheral blood neutrophils and deplete granulocytes in vivo. Distribution: Granulocytes, monocytes Synonyms: Gr-1 Structure: 21-25 kD

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: in vitro complement-mediated cytotoxicity, in vivo depletion, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemical staining of zinc-fixed paraffin-embedded sections and acetone-fixed frozen sections, and Western blotting. Special Note: This antibody is not recommended for formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections. The LEAF(TM) purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/µg, Azide-Free, 0.2 µm sterile-filtered) is recommended for functional assays (ABIN156353). Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.25 µg per 10 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Reinheit LEAF
Reinigung The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing no preservative. 0.2 µm filter sterilized. Endotoxin level is < 0.1 EU/µg of the protein (< 0.01 ng/µg of the protein) as determined by the LAL test.
Lagerung The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C. This LEAF(TM) solution contains no preservative, handle under aseptic conditions.
