Beschreibung: Ly-51 is a 140 kD protein also known as 6C3/BP-1. It is a homodimeric cell-surface glycoprotein with aminopeptidase A (APA) activity. Ly-51 is expressed on B cell progenitors, bone marrow stromal cell lines, thymic dendritic cells, and cortical epithelial cells. Ly-51 expression can be upregulated by IL-7 stimulation. Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.5 µg per 10 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C.
