| Beschreibung | CD25 is a 55 kD glycoprotein, also known as the low affinity IL-2Ralpha, Ly-43, p55, or Tac. It is expressed on activated T and B cells, thymocyte subset, pre-B cells, and T regulatory cells. In association with CD122 (IL-2Rbeta) and CD132 (common gamma chain), CD25 forms the high affinity signaling IL-2 receptor. The PC61 antibody is able to block IL-12 binding to its receptor and inhibit IL-2 stimulated cell growth. Distribution: Activated T and B cells, thymocyte subset, pre-B cells, T regulatory cells Function: IL-2 receptor Synonyms: IL-2Ralpha, Ly-43, p55, Tac Structure: Forms high affinity IL-2R with IL-2Rbeta (CD122) and IL-2Rgamma (CD132), 55 kD |
Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation, in vitro blocking of IL-2 binding to the low- and high-affinity receptors, growth inhibition of IL-2-dependent T-cell lines, in vivo depletion of CD25CD4 Treg cells, and immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections. PC61 antibody recognizes different epitope of 3C7 antibody (ABIN155589). The LEAF(TM) purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/µg, Azide-Free, 0.2 µm sterile-filtered) is recommended for functional assays (ABIN155607). Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.25 µg per 10 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. |
| Reinheit | LEAF |
| Reinigung | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing no preservative. 0.2 µm filter sterilized. Endotoxin level is < 0.1 EU/µg of the protein (< 0.01 ng/µg of the protein) as determined by the LAL test. |
| Lagerung | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C. This LEAF(TM) solution contains no preservative, handle under aseptic conditions. |
