Isotyp IgG2a, kappa chain  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon M18-2
Beschreibung CD18 is a 95 kD protein, also known as integrin beta2 subunit. It is expressed on all leukocytes. CD18, in association with integrin alpha chain CD11a, CD11b, and CD11c forms LFA-1, Mac-1, and alphaXbeta2, respectively, and plays an important role in leukocytes adhesion. The CD18 integrin complexes bind ICAM-1 (CD54), ICAM-2 (CD102), ICAM-3 (CD50), iC3b, and fibrinogen. The M18/2 antibody is able to block tumor cell metastasis and enhance cell adhesion. Distribution: All leukocytes Function: Adhesion Synonyms: integrin beta2, beta2 integrin Structure: Integrin family, associates with CD11a, CD11b, CD11c, 95 kD

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation, Western blotting, in vitro and in vivo blocking of tumor cells metastasis or stimulation of cell-adhesion, and immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections. The LEAF(TM) purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/µg, Azide-Free, 0.2 µm sterile-filtered) is recommended for functional assays (ABIN155541). Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.5 µg per 10 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Reinigung The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Lagerung The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C.
