Beschreibung: Luciferase is a luminescent enzyme, mostly known for its role as a reporter protein. Alternate Names: Anti-firefly luciferase antibody, Anti-luciferase antibody, Anti-firefly antibody, Anti-ec1.13.12.7 antibody, Anti-Luciferase antibody, Anti-Luciferin 4 monooxygenase antibody.

Spezifität: Specific for luciferase, recognizing a peptide consisting of the first 258 amino acids. Further epitope mapping has not been done at this time. Species Reactivity: This antibody is reactive against firefly luciferase only. Localization: Peroxisome.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suggested working dilutions: Western Blot 1:1000. Positive Controls: Purified Luciferase protein or Luciferase expressed in Drosophila.

Detection of luciferase expression in CD34+ cells by immunohistochemistry.
