Beschreibung
|
P300 is highly homologous to CREB-binding protein (CBP). Like CBP, it is a conservedtranscriptional coactivator and histone acetyltransferase (HAT) that links chromatinremodeling with transcription. It also plays a role in cell cycle progression. Alternate Names: anti-CREBBP/EP300 inhibitory protein 1 antibody, anti-Cyclic AMP responsive enhancerbinding protein antibody, anti-EP300: E1A binding protein p300 antibody, anti-RB andP300 binding protein EID 1 antibody, anti-Retinoblastoma protein associated proteinantibody.
