Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Angiostatin
Gen-ID 5340, 18815, 85253
Immunogen Synthetic Peptide: V(1)YLSECKTGIGNGYRGTMS(19).Immunizing peptide correspondsto amino acid residues 1-19 from mouse angiostatin. This sequence is 95% and 84%conserved in rat and human angiostatin, respectively.
Beschreibung Angiostatin is a proteolytic fragment that comprises the first four kringle domains of the~85 kDa plasminogen. Angiostatin reduces endothelial cell proliferation and acts as anpotent inhibitor of angiogenesis and tumor growth. Alternate Names: Anti-Angiostatin antibody, anti- Microplasmin antibody.
Spezifität Detects recombinant human angiostatin. Species Reactivity: Cross-reacts with Human.Expected to cross-react with Rat and Mouse due to sequencehomology. Not yet tested in other species.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Western Blot: use at a concentration of 2 ug/ml Optimaldilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user.By Western blot, thisantibody detects a 50 kDa protein representing recombinant human angiostatin.
