Beschreibung Sodium Potassium ATPase is an integral membrane protein complex that hydrolyzesATP to maintain the transmembrane gradients of Na+ and K+ found in most mammaliancells. The enzyme is comprised of an alpha and beta subunit. The alpha-polypeptidehas been shown to be the catalytically active subunit, wherease the Beta-polypeptideappears to be necessary for the assembly and transport of the sodium pump to theplasma membrane.Sodium Potassium ATPase alpha-1 subunit, in brain, is expressed in both neuronal andnon-neuronal cells. Alternate Names: anti-ATP1A1 antibody, anti-Na+/K+ ATPase 1 antibody, anti-Sodium pump 1 antibody,anti-ATPase Na+/K+ transporting alpha 1 polypeptide antibody, anti-Na+/K+ ATPasealpha-1 subunit antibody, anti-Na+, K+ ATPase alpha subunit antibody, anti-alpha 1sodium potassium ATPase antibody, anti-sodium potassium ATPase alpha A catalyticpolypeptide antibody, anti-sodium pump subunit alpha-1 antibody, anti-MGC3285antibody, anti-MGC51750 antibody, anti-ATPase alpha 1 (Na/K) antibody.
Spezifität This antibody is specific for Na,K-ATPase alpha 1 subunit. Species Reactivity: Human, porcine, monkey, murine, rabbit, canine, sheep, rat, and Xenopus.
