Beschreibung: The proliferation and differentiation of B cells is dependent upon a B-cell antigenreceptor (BCR) complex. Binding of antigens to specific B-cell receptors results in atyrosine phosphorylation reaction through the BCR complex and leads to multiple signaltransduction pathways. Detection of Alpha-4 by Immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg/IP, 1/4 of IP reaction loaded/lane) from Ramos cells. Antibodies: ABIN151931 at 3 mcg/mg lysate for IP. Alpha-4 was also immunoprecipitated by ABIN151932, but not by another Alpha-4 antibody, which are both affinity purified rabbit antibodies to other epitopes on Alpha-4. Immunoprecipitated Alpha 4 was blotted using ABIN151932 at 1 mcg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
