Produktbeschreibung
| Gen-ID | 5111 |
| Immunogen | Recombinant PCNA interdomain connector loop protein. This immunogen is comprisedof residues 107-196 of human PCNA. (The C-terminal portion of this antigen does notextend beyond the true IDCL of PCNA, and as such, also includes part of the PCNAD2E2 loop and the protein in between.). |
| Isotyp | IgG (Passende Sekundärantikörper) |
| Klon | 339 |
| Beschreibung | PCNA is a marker for cells in early G1 phase and S phase of the cell cycle. It is found inthe nucleus and is a cofactor of DNA polymerase delta. PCNA acts as a homotrimer andhelps increase the processivity of leading strand synthesis during DNA replication. Inresponse to DNA damage, PCNA is ubiquitinated and is involved in the RAD6dependent DNA repair pathway. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein havebeen found for PCNA. Pseudogenes of this gene have been described on chromosome4 and on the X chromosome. Alternate Names: anti-Cyclin antibody, anti-DNA polymerase delta au xiliary protein antibody,anti-HGCN8729 antibody, anti-MGC8367 antibody, anti-polymerase delta accessoryprotein antibody, anti-Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen antibody. |
| Spezifität | This antibody reacts with the interdomain connector loop of human PCNA, other notdetermined. Species Reactivity: Cross-reacts with Human. Not yet tested in other species. Localization: Nuclear. |
