Beschreibung
|
This antibody recognizes human IL-17, a cytokine produced by T lymphocytes. IL-17 has pro-inflammatory effects and induces production of metallo-proteinases such as MMP-1. In addition to its pro-inflammatory effects, IL-17 also has angiogenic and chemo-attractant effects and promotes cartilage destruction.

WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5-2 ug/ml. Detects a band of approximately 31 kDa. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
