Beschreibung

MSH (Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone) increases the pigmentation of skin by increasing melanin production in melanocytes.
|

Spezifität
|
This antibody blocks MSH gamma 3 (Rat). Cells are found in the arcuate nucleus and fibres are found throughout the hypothalmus in rat brain of 4% FA perfused tissue.

IHC-Fr: Use at a dilution of 1/250-1/2500. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
