Beschreibung: Although cAMP and PKA have long been shown to mediate specific intracellular signaling events including the transcription of specific genes via the CREB-CBP complex, recent observations have indicated that PKA does not account for all of the intracellular targets of cAMP. For example, TSH stimulation of thyroid cell proliferation is not completely blocked by PKA inhibitors.

Spezifität: This antibody reacts with cyclic AMP and to lesser degrees with other 5? nucleotides.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody may be used inradioimmunoassays to detect andquantitate cAMP, 50% binding is achieved with a 1:1,000 dilution. This antibody may also be used in ELISA and to affinity purify cAMP.

Buffer: serum with 0.01% sodium azide

Lagerung: Stable for at least one (1) year at -20 C to -70 C. Store product in appropriate aliquots to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
