Tested in peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1/16000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments showed an approx. 35kDa band in Human Testis and Brain extracts at 1ug of primary. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of approx. 74KDa according to NP_005490. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
