Applikationshinweise ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1 / 2000. WB: No signal obtained yet but low background observed in Jurkat and MOLT-4 lysates at up to 2ug / ml (please note that our SDS PAGE / western blotting protocol is not optimized for detection of proteins smaller than 15kDa). Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user.
