Beschreibung: This antibody recognises proteins containing the motif H-H-H-H-H-H and is therefore of value in detecting proteins containing histidine tags. The antibody may be used to track the purification of proteins expressed in bacteria, yeast or insect cells.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: a 1/10000 dilution gave an O.D.= 1.0 in a 15 minute reaction against peptide conjugated to a different carrier than used for anti-peptide purification. Western Blot: use at dilution of 1/1000. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user.
