Beschreibung
|
Ezrin serves as a tyrosine kinas substrate and is phosphorylated in EGF-stimulated cells. It is a cytoplasmic protein enriched in microvilli and other cell surfaces. Ezrin has an actin-binding capacity and is expressed in epithelial cells but not in mesenchymal cells. It is also expressed by certain epithelial tumors, such as renal cell adenocarcinomas.

Applikationshinweise
|
Immunohistochemistry: use at a dilution of 1/50-1/100 for 30mins at RT (ABC method). Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user. For formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections, perform heat mediated antigen retrieval using 10mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with the IHC staining protocol.
