Beschreibung: The anti S-100 monoclonal antibody gives positive staining of glial and ependymal cells of the brain, Schwann cells of the peripheral nervous system, melanocytes and Langerhans cells of the skin, and interdigitating reticulum cells in lymph nodes. Benign and malignant melanocytic tumors stain positively with the S-100 antibody. Anti-S-100 recognises the 21-24kDa proteins identified as the A and B subunits of the S-100 protein.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC-P: Prediluted S-100 is ready to use with Biotin based detection systems. For optimal staining, the primary antibody should be incubated 20-60 minutes at room temperature. No pre-treatment is required. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
