Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung CNPase
Immunogen Full length native protein (purified) (Human).
Format Ascites
Isotyp IgG1  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Beschreibung CNPase (2,3-Cyclic Nucleotide 3-Phosphodiesterase) exists in two forms: 46kDa (CNP 1) and 48kDa (CNP 2). It is expressed at high levels by oligodendrocytes in the central nervous system and by Schwann cells in the peripheral nervous system and is virtual absent in other celltypes. CNPase activity is decreased in demyelinating diseases such as multiple sclerosis. CNPase gene is localized to chromosome 17q21, very near the BRCA 1 familial breast cancer gene.
Spezifität Reacts specifically with CNPase. In an immunoblotting assay, the antibody localizes both CNP1 (46kD) and CNP2 (48kD) bands.Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin, cryostat or vibratome sections of rat brain reveals selective staining of oligodendrocytes

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Conjugation: Use at an assay dependant dilution. Dot: Use at an assay dependant dilution. ELISA: Use at an assay dependant dilution. ICC: Use at an assay dependant dilution. IHC-P: Use at an assay dependant dilution. IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependant dilution. IP: Use at an assay dependant dilution. WB: Use at a dilution of 1/500 for immunoblotting of fresh bovine whole brain extractNot tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
