Produktbeschreibung

Immunogen Full length native protein (purified) (Rat liver).
Format Ascites
Isotyp IgG1  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Beschreibung 58K protein antibodies are excellent for use as markers for the Golgi complex. The 58K protein has been identified as being FTCD, a bifunctional enzyme that channels 1-carbon units from formiminoglutamate, a metabolite of the histidine degradation pathway, to the folate pool.
Spezifität The product recognizes an epitope located on the microtubule-binding peripheral Golgi membrane 58 kDa protein.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise FuncS: Use at an assay dependent dilution. ICC: 1/50. Recommended protocol available. IF: 1/250. IM: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: 1/5000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Reinheit Ascites
Buffer Ascitic fluid with 15mM sodium azide
Lagerung Store at 4 C for up to one month. For extended storage, add glycerol to 50% and store at -20 C. Repeated freeze-thawing is not recommended. Specific References:
