Produktbeschreibung
| Immunogen | Full length native protein (purified) (Rat liver). |
| Format | Ascites |
| Isotyp | IgG1 (Passende Sekundärantikörper) |
| Beschreibung | 58K protein antibodies are excellent for use as markers for the Golgi complex. The 58K protein has been identified as being FTCD, a bifunctional enzyme that channels 1-carbon units from formiminoglutamate, a metabolite of the histidine degradation pathway, to the folate pool. |
| Spezifität | The product recognizes an epitope located on the microtubule-binding peripheral Golgi membrane 58 kDa protein. |
Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | FuncS: Use at an assay dependent dilution. ICC: 1/50. Recommended protocol available. IF: 1/250. IM: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: 1/5000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. |
| Reinheit | Ascites |
| Buffer | Ascitic fluid with 15mM sodium azide |
| Lagerung | Store at 4 C for up to one month. For extended storage, add glycerol to 50% and store at -20 C. Repeated freeze-thawing is not recommended. Specific References: |
