Beschreibung
|
This cytokine stimulates the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells from various lineages, including granulocytes, macrophages, eosinophils and erythrocytes. Used in myeloid reconstitution following bone marrow transplant, bone marrow transplant engraftment failure or delay, mobilization and following transplantation of autologous peripheral blood progenitor cells, and following induction chemotherapy in older adults with acute myelogenous leukemia.

Applikationshinweise
|
ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. ELISPOT: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IHC: Use at an assay dependent dilution on GM-CSF expressing mouse cells. WB: Use at a concentration of 1-5 ug/ml, this concentration can detect less than 100 ng of recombinant mouse GM-CSF under reducing conditions. Predicted molecular weight: 17.2 kDa. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. FC (Intracellular): 0.5 ug/ 1x10^6 cells, IHC: please see references (Sander, Litton) for details, FA (Neutralization): 80 ng/ml, ELISA: please see references (Sander, Nozaki) for details.
