Immunohistochemistry 1:501:200. Immunoblotting 1:5001:1000. This antibody can be used on both frozen and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. This antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:200 with the HistoScan Rabbit Detection kit (Cat. No. GTX73169, GTX73170 and GTX73171). The optimum conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.
