Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: For IHC: Use at a dilution of 1:100-1:200. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:100 to 1:200 with AutoProbe III (GTX28620). The recommended diluting buffer is: 50 mM phosphate buffer, 150 mM sodium chloride, 1% EIA grade bovine serum albumin (BSA), pH 7.2. GeneTexs Primary Antibody Diluting Buffer, Cat. No. GTX73168 is not compatible with this antibody. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.

Konzentration: 1 mg/ml

Buffer: 20 mM tris-borate, 150 mM Sodium Chloride, BMC-6 carrier polysaccharides, carrier protein, and 0.05% Sodium Azide, pH 7.5.

Lagerung: Keep as concentrated solution, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze.
