Applikationshinweise
|
ELISA: Use at dilution of 1/1000-1/2000 to detect 1.0ug of Glucose Oxidase (Aspergillus niger) in a standard ELISA using peroxidase conjugated affinity purified Rabbit anti Goat IgG (H and L) and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
