Immunogen: C3c Complement isolated from complement-activated human serum.

Beschreibung: This antibody reacts with human C3c complement and with C3c part of C3 and C3b. This antibody cross reacts with C3c complement from cat, cow, dog, goat, guinea pig, kangaroo, mink, mouse, rat, sheep and swine. Traces of contaminating antibodies have been removed by solid phase absorption with human plasma proteins. This antibody is well suited for tissue section staining but may be used for other applications also.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:75-1:100 for immunofluorescence technique. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that the final dilution should be determined by the user. We suggest an incubation period of 30-60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the end user.

Reinheit: Purified immunoglobulin fraction of rabbit antiserum conjugated with fluorescein isothiocynate isomer 1, containing sodium azide as preservative.

Buffer: PBS, pH7.2 with 0.05% sodium azide as preservative.

Lagerung: Store the antibody at 4-80 C in dark. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
