Beschreibung: GPR12 has been identified as a constitutively active Lysophospholipid/Lysosphingolipid receptor. GPR12 expression has been reported primarily in the central nervous system. Rat transcripts have been identified at low levels in testis and pituitary gland. ESTs have been isolated from human brain and eye libraries, as well as mouse brain, genitourinary tract, and liver libraries.

Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry with formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues. Not tested for other uses. IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1/100-1/200.
