Spezifität
|
This antibody is specific to the phosphorylated form of MAP2a, b and c and shows no cross-reaction with other MAPs, tau and tubulin. ABIN139636 does not cross react with unphosphorylated MAP2. It reacts with dendrites and cell bodies of neurons.

Applikationshinweise
|
IHC-P: 1/1. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 min followed by cooling at room temp for 20 min. Not tested in other applications.
