Beschreibung: This antibody is specific against an epitope located on the b chain (i.e. in S-100a and S-100b) but not on the a chain of S- 100 (i.e. in S-100a and S-100ao). This antibody cross reacts with human, porcine, rabbit, cat and rat tissues. This antibody can be used to localize S-100a and S-100b in various tissue sections.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:50-1:100 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Proteolytic digestion of tissue sections is required prior to immunostaining.

Reinheit: This antibody is supplied as diluted ascites containing sodium azide as preservative.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.2 containing 0.05% sodium azide

Lagerung: Store the antibody at 4-8 C. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
