Beschreibung: Recognises CD49c, a 150kD cell surface antigen which is also known as the alpha-3 integrin and as VLA-3. CD49c is expressed by most cell types including T and B lymphocytes.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: For FACS: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.

Lagerung: Store at +4 C or at -20 C if preferred. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. This product contains sodium azide.
