| Applikationshinweise | Immunofluorescence 10-20 ug/mL. Immunofluorescence on paraffin-embedded and frozen sections, as well as on cell smears. The antibody may be used for 2 hours at room temperature on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. These are guidelines only, optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. |
