Anti-mouse H-2K monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with the H-2K (Determinant H-2.m11) encoded MHC Class I antigen expressed on mouse strains of the H-2 haplotype. This antibody is also reported to react with H-2K and H-2 haplotypes. Class I antigens are expressed on all nucleated cells.
