Anti-mouse H-2D monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with the H-2D ( Determinant H-2.m2, ref.3 ) encoded MHC class I antigen expressed on mouse strains of the H-2 haplotype. This antibody also reacts with H-2L prod- ucts. Class I antigens are expressed on all nucleated cells.
