This antibody is provided in liquid format for application in single, dual, or three colour flow cytometry. 1 g is the maximum amount of antibody required for 1 x 10 cells. Lesser amounts of antibody may be sufficient and it is recommended that each investigator determine dilutions appropriate for individual use. Appropriate controls should always be included in any labelling study.
