ABIN133701reacts with mouse V beta 8.1, 8.2 T cell receptor antigen. This antibody is provided in liquid format for application in single, dual, or three colour flow cytometry. 1ug is the maximum amount of antibody required for 1 x 10 cells. Lesser amounts of antibody may be sufficient and it is recommended that each investigator determine dilutions appropriate for individual use. Appropriate controls should always be included in any labeling study. This clone is reported to work with frozen sections
