Immunogen: This antibody was purified from hybridoma (clone 1F6) supernatant using protein A agarose. This hybridoma was established by fusion of mouse myeloma cell P3U1 with Balb/c mouse lymphocyte immunized with GST-full length human p15 INK4b .

Beschreibung: Progression through the G1 phase of the cell cycle is regulated in part by the D-type cyclin-dependent kinases, cdk4 and cdk6. p15 INK4b is a specific inhibitor of cdk4/cdk6 and is periodically expressed during cell cycle. Induction of p15 INK4b is important for TGFß-mediated cytostasis in epithelial cells but not in hematopoietic cells, it may act as an effector of TGF-ß mediated cell arrest.

Spezifität: This antibody reacts with p15 INK4b (15 kDa) on Western blotting.

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting: 2 µg/mL for chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 10 µg/200 µL of cell extract from 2 x 10 6 cells. Immunocytochemistry: 10 µg/mL
