Beschreibung
|
Murine GM-CSF (Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor) is a potent species-specific stimulator of bone marrow cells. GM-CSF stimulates precursor cells of granulocytes, macrophages and eosinophils. Murine GM-CSF is a 14.0 kDa protein containing 124 amino acid residues.

Applikationshinweise
|
The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (0.5-1 µg/ml), ELISA (2-3 µg/ml), and neutralization assays (0.05-0.5 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.

Reinigung
|
Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant murine GM-CSF. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized murine GM-CSF matrix.
