Beschreibung: Bcl-3, a proto-oncogene, is believed to be involved in certain human B cell leukemias. It encodes a protein that functions as an I.B-like molecule for native NF.B, but is specific for the p50 subunit of NF.B.

Spezifität: The antibody recognizes 60 kDa Bcl-3 of human, mouse, and rat origins.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (1-4 µg/ml), Immunoprecipitation (5-10 µg/ml) and Immunohistochemistry (20-40 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.

Buffer: 100 µg (0.2mg/ml) purified rabbit anti-Bcl-3 polyclonal antibody in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide.
