Immunogen: This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 6-18 of Human POLM u (DNA polymerase mu). POLM u is a template-directed terminal deoxynucleotidetransferase that shows a preferential expression in proliferating lymphoid cells. Peptide sequence: R-R-A-R-V-G-S-P-S-G-D-A-A-C

Spezifität: This is an affinity purified antibody produced by immunoaffinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide after immobilization to a solid phase.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed by ELISA against 0.1 ug of the immunizing peptide. A 1:33,000 to 1:135,000 dilution of the antibody is recommended for this assay. Note: This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA against the immunizing peptide. Reactivity in other immunoassays is unknown.
