Beschreibung: ACTRT2 belongs to the actin family. Studies have shown that this protein may be involvedin cytoskeletal organization similar to other cytoplasmic actin-related protein (ARP)subfamily members. It is expressed in the testis, late in spermatid differentiation, and islocalized in the calyx.

Spezifität: Specific for actin related protein T2 (MW 41,701, pI 5,28, calculated from sequence data, Mr40,000 on SDS-PAGE). Species: Human, Bovine. Others not tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry on frozen: 1/100, 1h at RT. Western blot: 1/2000 (ECL). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Shelf life: one year from despatch.
