Beschreibung: The antibody was raised against gelatinase B (MMP 9)isolated from human buffy coats. It was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and ion exchange chromatography. Purified antibody in 100 µl phosphate buffered saline (20 mM Na-phosphate, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl) at a protein concentration of 1 mg/ml. No stabilizers, no preservatives.

Spezifität: The antibody reacts with human gelatinase B. It exhibits low cross reactivity with gelatinase A (MMP 2).

Lagerung: The antibody is stable until the expiration date given on the label date when stored at -70 °C. After thawing it can be kept at 2-8 °C for several days. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
