Beschreibung: The antibody was raised against rabbit MMP 3 (stromelysin 1) isolated from rabbit synovial fibroblasts. Purified antibody in 100 µl phosphate buffered saline (20 mM Na-phosphate, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl) at a protein concentration of 1mg/ml. No stabilizers, no preservatives.

Spezifität: The antibody reacts with stromelysin 1 from human, rabbit, and marmoset. It does not react in immunoblots with human MMP 1, MMP 2, MMP 8, and MMP 9.

Lagerung: The antibody is stable until the expiration date given on the label date when stored at -70 °C. After thawing it can be kept at 2-8 °C for several days. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
