| Beschreibung | The anti-MMP-2 antibody was raised against MMP2 (gelatinase A) isolated from human synovial fibroblast culture medium. It was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and ion exchange chromatography. Purified antibody in 100 µl phosphate buffered saline (20 mM Na-phosphate, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl) at a protein concentration of 1 mg/ml. No stabilizers, no preservatives. |
