Beschreibung
|
The antibody was raised against interstitial collagenase (MMP 1) isolated from human synovial fibroblast culture medium. It was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and ion exchange chromatography. Purified antibody in 100 µl phosphate buffered saline (20 mM Na-phosphate, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl) at a protein concentration of 1 mg/ml. No stabilizer or preservatives.

Anti-MMP 1 antibody reacts with human interstitial collagenase. It exhibits moderate cross reactivity with human MMP 3 and MMP 8.

|
