Immunogen: A synthetic peptide derived from near N-terminal of human alpha, beta and gamma synuclein proteins.

Spezifität: Synucleins are small, soluble proteins expressed primarily in neural tissue and in certain tumors. The family includes three known proteins: alpha, beta and gamma synucleins. The alpha- and beta synuclein proteins are found primarily in brain tissue, where they are seen mainly in presynaptic terminals. The gamma synuclein protein is found primarily in the peripheral nervous system and retina but its expression in breast tumors is a marker for tumor progression. This antibody crossreacts with rat.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Brain. Cellular localization: Neuronal cytosol and presynaptic terminals

Buffer: Purified immunoglobulin fraction of rabbit antiserum against pan synuclein containing sodium azide as preservative.

Lagerung: Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
