Spezifität: This antibody reacts with a 300 kD protein. Topoisomerase II beta plays important roles in synthesis and transcription of DNA as well as chromosomal segregation during mitosis. It is present ubiquitously in normal cells and is unregulated in tumors and proliferating cells. Topoisomerase II beta is also implicated in drug resistance of tumor cells.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil.
