Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from human p57Kip2 protein.

Format: Ig-fraction, Purified

Spezifität: This antibody reacts with a 57 kD protein. p57Kip2 protein is a inhibitor of several G1 cyclin complexes and is a negative regulator of cell proliferation. The gene encoding human p57Kip2 protein is located on chromosome 11p15.5, a region implicated in both sporadic cancers, Wilms tumor and Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome. This antibody crossreacts with mouse and cow.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Positive Control: Colon Carcinoma. Cellular localization: Nuclear Other Applications: Immunoprecipitation, Western blotting (1:100-750).

Buffer: Purified immunoglobulin fraction of rabbit antiserum against p57Kip2 protein containing sodium azide as preservative.
